Colony Roofers is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Commercial Sales Representative to help expand our growing commercial roofing division. This is a commission-only opportunity designed for experienced sales professionals who believe in an "eat what you kill" model and want the freedom to build a highly lucrative book of business.

About the Role
This position focuses primarily on developing and securing commercial roofing opportunities within the multifamily market. You'll be responsible for building relationships, generating bid opportunities, managing projects through the sales process, and closing new business.
This is not a transactional sales role. Success requires strong networking, relationship management, and strategic business development skills.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Multifamily property owners and operators
- Property management companies
- Asset managers
- Architects
- Engineers
- General contractors
- Commercial building owners
- Generate new bid opportunities through networking and business development activities.
- Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
- Collaborate with estimators and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals.
- Track relationships and sales activity within CRM software.
- Attend industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and trade shows.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Commercial roofing sales experience preferred.
- Experience selling construction, restoration, property services, or commercial contracting solutions will also be considered.
- Established network of commercial decision-makers is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and nurture opportunities over time.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- CRM experience preferred (HubSpot experience is a plus).
Compensation
This position is designed for top performers who want uncapped earning potential.
- Unlimited commission-only structure
