About Colony Roofers
Colony Roofers is seeking a Roofing Project Manager to support commercial roofing projects throughout the Atlanta area. This role oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Colony’s quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial roofing projects from contract award through completion.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production plans.
- Monitor job progress, costs, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation.
- Conduct jobsite visits and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure installations meet contract requirements, manufacturer guidelines, and OSHA safety standards.
- Support change orders, closeout documentation, and warranty requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal roofing, shingles, repairs, and installation.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Working knowledge of construction safety and OSHA standards.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the Atlanta area.

- Physical requirements include climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, working outdoors, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Local travel throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area is required.
