We’re seeking a Service Technician who specializes in Roofing. This is a critical field-based role that ensures top-tier quality control across installations. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to lead projects to success, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
The Roof Service Technician is responsible for inspecting roofing systems, identifying leak sources, performing repairs, and documenting findings. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Perform roof inspections and leak investigations on residential, multifamily, and commercial properties
- Identify roofing deficiencies and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Complete roofing repairs safely and according to Colony Roofers standards
- Capture detailed before, during, and after photos of all work performed
- Create clear inspection and repair reports using company software
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and site contacts
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements
What We're Looking For
- Roofing experience required - Steep Slope & Low-Slope Experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, leak detection, and repair techniques
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service assignments
